When we meet I will walk through your home and take notes on what we need to do to show your home in the best light. What is worth the investment and what is overkill? What should we do so that when people walk in your home they say: “This is the one!”
1. Pricing
We have a system of how we price your home based off market data, condition, timing, and calling other agents to get the most accurate data that’s not available yet publicly. All to get the most for your home.
2. Preparation
We have a very specific marketing plan that we follow to generate the most views online for your home, which leads to the most showings/foot traffic, which in turn will hopefully generate multiple offers or the right offer on your home in a short amount of time.
3. Vendors
We have a trust listed of vendors that we will give you once the listing contact is signed to help with: power washing, cleaning, moving, handyman services, staging, painting etc. They are not good they are the best at what they do at an affordable price. I have spent 8 years building this list of only the best!
