  1. Buyer Consult

During this we will go over:

  • What your goals are for your home!

    • What do you need in a home?

    • What area(s) are you looking to live in?

    • When do you want to be moved into the home?

    • What is your budget?

    • What does the home buying process look like from start to finish?

2. The Search Begins!

After our call I will set up your own private home search portal through Real Scout!

Real Scout is a software I invested in for my buyers! It is the most user friendly home search portal that will have your criteria setup and automatically send you new homes as they pop up! Real Scout also pulls in off market properties that you cannot see on Zillow or other sites so you will know before anyone else what’s out there!

3. Who’s Your Lender?

After our Buyer Consult I will connect you with my 2 lender contracts so you can compare and contrast your options!

These lenders I have worked with for years. They have both helped me on my own purchases and transactions over the years. I use them because they are the best at what they do, have a smooth process, and are competitive on rates!

Behinds the scenes I get dozens of calls a year from other lenders looking to gain my business. I am constantly sorting through the best options so you don’t have to!

4. Show Time!

You have your lender and you have been finding some great homes in the portal you want to check out in person now!

I know the market moves fast and that’s why we are committed to getting you into homes as soon as possible. As long as the seller allows it we can get you in homes typically the day of or within 24 hours.

If I have a time conflict one of my showing agents will show you the home!

No Pressure!

I deal with a variety of clients all in different places in life. Some buy the first home they see. Some are early on in the process and just want to get a feel for what’s out there. They might not buy this year but want to look. We work off of your timeline. There is never any pressure from our end to do anything. We show you the home and get you the information you need to make an informed decision when you are ready! You’ll see that reflected in my Client Reviews!
